I teach in the Pathways class at NBHS and love my students and colleagues. I have been a Special Education teacher for over 20 years. I am also a singer, guitarist, song writer, and band member. I like hanging with my family and friends and making music with my band(s). I especially love spending time at home with my girlfriend, Jess. In my spare time I enjoy  watching sports and movies, listening to records, and playing Dungeons & Dragons!

Back to School Nights '20-'21 Slide Show presented by Mr. D and Miss D!

Welcome parents and students!
Hi there! I am Mr. D and I have been teaching here at Pathways in North Bergen High School for 9 years. Over this time, we have worked hard to develop and improve our program to serve our wonderful Pathways students! Community Based Instruction is a critical component of Pathways but, unfortunately, due to the pandemic, CBI is on hold until further notice. Nevertheless, we will continue to help develop and strengthen our students communication, social skills, life skills, and overall independence as they grow and move towards life after North Bergen High School! We will do this via Google Classroom and Google Meetings until we are all back at the school and in the classroom together!
