Welcome to Mr. Del Rio's PE/Health Class

Hello and welcome to my webpage. My name is Alex Del Rio and I am entering my 14th year as a teacher and coach at North Bergen High School. I am an alumnus of Montclair State University where I graduated (Cum Laude) with a degree in Science with a concentration in Physical Education, Health, and Driver's Education. I have also served as a coach at the High School working early on in my career with the Baseball program and then transitioning to the Softball as well as the Girls' Soccer programs.
