Hello welcome to my webpage. I am currently entering my 28th year of teaching Health/Phys,Ed here at North Bergen.

I am a 1995 Graduate of the College of New Jersey(Trenton State).

I coached Baseball, Girls Basketball and football here for many years.

In our senior Health class, we will be working on all area's of Basic Life Support(CPR,rescue breathing, and OAM- obstructed airway management).

We will also be touching on many area's of First Aid.
