The NBHS Advanced Chorus was awarded 1st place at the competition in Hershey this past weekend. In addition, they were given the Espirit de Corps Award over all of the schools that attended the festival! (Esprit de Corps Award recognizes the participating organization that displays an exemplary attitude of positive support and outstanding personal behavior throughout the festival weekend. Personal integrity, quality character values, a desire for excellence, and a spirit of cooperation serve as the cornerstone qualities of the Esprit de Corps Award.) We are extremely proud of the students for their performance and their decorum throughout the trip. The Advanced Chorus was also awarded Top Honors for the 9th consecutive year at the Hudson County Teen Arts Festival.
