Seniors, Congratulations, Class of 2020!
Please see the directions below which will guide you through the ceremony. RAIN OR SHINE
1. Please report outside the gate nearest the snack stand at the ARRIVAL TIME listed below. When you arrive, please approach the tables along the fence to pick up an index card with your name on it. Do not crowd around the tables. You will not be allowed on the field if you come late or forget to pick up your index card. Remember that you must be wearing your undecorated cap and your graduation gown. Also, you and your guests MUST be wearing masks. 2. There will be teachers outside the gate to help you line up. Please stand with your
2 guests at least six feet from the family in front of you and behind you. You will be directed when to start walking.
3. As you and your 2 guests walk onto the field, you will be directed where to sit.
4. After the speeches, when it is time to graduate, you MUST adhere to the following directions. Approach the podium with your 2 guests and put your index card on the table next to it. The speaker will announce your name from reading off that card. Move to the next table and pick up a diploma cover. There will be no one handing it to you. Move further down and have your picture taken by our photographer. Once your picture has been taken, please exit the field the same way you entered. Go directly to your car and leave the park. You may not linger in the parking lot. Please understand that the directions above have been put in place for the safety of you, your families, and the staff.
