Fall Sports Information Update

Fall Sports & Weight Room Registration Information

 

Fall Sports:

Football, Boys Soccer, XC (cross country), Girls Soccer, Girls Volleyball, Girls Tennis, Cheerleading

 

As a reminder, anyone interested in trying out for a team, you must complete ALL 5 steps below by June 27th.

 

Step 1 - Fall Athletic Questionnaire - All athletes interested in trying out for a Fall Sport must complete this step. Only complete this questionnaire once.

Step 2 - Weight room Questionnaire - only complete this questionnaire once.

Step 3 - Online registration - STEP 3

 
IMPORTANT
THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT CAN NO LONGER RESET PASSWORDS - YOU MUST REMEMBER YOUR LOG IN INFORMATION.
 

Step 4 - Physical - All athletes must have a current, valid physical on file in the High School nurse's office. A physical is good for 1 year (365 days) from the date listed on the exam. The physical form can be printed from the online registration page (link above listed in step 3). Return your physical forms to the Athletic office. DO NOT hand your physical to your coach.

 

Step 5 - Health history form - All athletes must complete a Health History update form. This form can be printed from the online registration page (link above listed in step 3). Return Health History update forms to the Athletic office. DO NOT hand this form to your coach.

 

***Physicals can be handed into the Athletic Department or to the Athletic Trainers. DO NOT HAND YOUR PHYSICALS TO YOUR COACH***
