Hello and welcome to the 2018-2019 school year!

The North Bergen High School Child Study Team has been my home since 2008.  I am Licensed Social Worker and Certified School Social Worker. I have earned my Bachelors Degree at the Rutgers University where I majored in Social Work.  I earned my Masters Degree in Social Work with a specialization in children and families through a competitive accelerated program also at Rutgers University. I am a social worker on the child study team. In this position I serve as a case manager, provide social histories for special education evaluation and offer counseling and support.  

I have taken several Post Graduate courses in psychology, school counseling and substance abuse counseling to increase my knowledge base and provide more in depth services to my students.  I have extensive training in adolescent/adult mental illness and have held a certification as a NJ Mental Health Screener through my work at a Psychiatric Emergency Screening Center.
