Hello parents and students! My name is Mr. Jason J. Hernandez and I'm part of the Physical Education staff at North Bergen High School. My colleagues and I work together to encourage each student to participate in both fitness and sports related activities. The goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel safe and supported while experiencing moderate to vigorous forms of physical activity.
My background includes a B.A. in Physical and Health Education, a M.A. in Teaching and Supervision of Physical Education and a M.S. in Sports Administration & Coaching. Other credentials include a USATF Level II certification in Endurance along with a USATF certification specializing in Cross Country.
