Mindful Mondays-  focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
Grateful Tuesdays- remember what you are appreciative for this day, week, etc. 
Wellness Wednesdays- get up and do an activity that you love. 
Thoughtful Thursdays- show kindness to someone else 
Freedom Fridays- finding a solution to any problem you have for the week.
