Welcome to my NBHS Teacher Webpage. My name is Alex Estela and I teach Anatomy and Physiology and also teach Anatomy and Physiology Honors. I graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2013 earning a degree in physiology. Before teaching, I worked as an ACSM Health Fitness Specialist and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
