Class Description

This is an Introductory Class to the world of Culinary Arts.  By building a foundation of Kitchen Awareness, Knowledge of Safety and Cleanliness, and basic skills by the end of the year students will be ready to move on to more advanced Culinary Classes. Students will be taught the basic principals of cooking and implementation.  In our Cooking Groups students  will prepare basic recipes using the skills they have learned. Students will be graded on Class participation, working in groups.  There will be weekly quizzes to test their progress. 
 
All assignments and reference material relevant to the specific topic will be posted in Google Classroom
