Accounting 1

Accounting 1  is an introductory course in accounting open to students who have an interest in learning accounting techniques, with expectations of furthering their education in the accounting field or seeking employment in a related field of business. The Accounting Cycle will enable students to find employment in an entry level accounting position.
 
The students are on Chapter 4 of the textbook -Posting To A General Ledger. The students learn how create a Chart of Accounts and open individual Ledger Accounts. They also learn to post General Journal entries into their ledger accounts and update ledger balances. Students also learn to make correcting entries.
